- Shinetsu Shizenkyo Iiyama Station Tourist Information Centre: Open.
- Shinetsu Shizenkogo Activity Centre: Open.
- Panorama Terrace: Open.
- Nabekurakogen Mori-no-ie (Forest House): Open.
- Roadside Station Hana no Eki Chikumagawa:
- Agricultural products direct sales shop/Café Satowa/Visitor Centre: Closed from Monday 30 December to Thursday 2 January.
- Montbell Iiyama Store: Open all year round.
Restrooms and information corners are open.
- Iiyama Yutaki Onsen: Open.
- Temporary opening on Tuesday 31 Dec: Onsen bathing 12:00-19:00 (last admission 18:30) / Restaurant 12:00-14:30.
- Hot spring bathing from 11:00 on 1 January (Wed).
- Closed on 6 Jan (Mon).
- Mayumi Takahashi Doll Museum: Closed. The museum will be open from 10:00 on Saturday 4 January in the New Year.
- Sales Planning Section/General Affairs Section/Tourism Promotion Office: Closed from Sat 28 Dec to Sun 5 Jan. Reservations and enquiries regarding ‘Restaurant Kamakura-mura’ and ‘Iiyama Tabitabi’ will be handled in turn from 8:30am on 6 Jan (Mon).
